(6400 Square feet). The house must be at least 6 months old, and the building envelope must be complete (so that a blower door test can be done).</p> <p>The house must have at least one rectangular entrance door that can be fitted with a blower door, or we will be unable to do the blower door test. Our Door can fit an opening from 29.5 " wide to 41.5 inches wide, and from 51.5 inches high to 95 inches high.</p> <p>Even though MURBs are eligible, I currently am not certified to do MURBs. </p> <p>If there is a NRCan sticker on the electrical panel, contact us and tell what is on the sticker. If there has already been an audit by a previous owner, you may be in a special situation.</p> <div > <p class="theme_color">What type of houses can be done? </p> <ul> <li>A single Detached home</li> <li>A semi-detached home</li> <li>Row housing, such as a town house</li> <li>Mobile Home on a permanent foundation</li> </ul> The house must have its own entrance directly to the outside. A MURB (Multiple Unit Residential Building) has a common entrance shared between residential units. A duplex or triplex are the most common form of MURBs. We currently do not do MURBs. </div> <p>To get an insulation upgrade recommendation for attic insulation, we must be able to see inside the attic to confirm the level and type of insulation. Typically we stand on a step ladder and view the attic from the access hatch.
